Competent Hospitality

The toilets and beds were in awful shape, and we found bed bugs. Cameras were installed in many places, which made us feel our privacy was at risk. The people there watched us as if we were drunk or criminals, even though they rented to families with children. They were rude and arrogant, started arguments, and spoke harshly for no reason. It was a horrible experience. I’d give a negative score if I could. This place deserves no stars.

We had booked an AC room from 6 pm because someone was in critical condition at Wockhardt hospital. When we arrived in the middle of the night, we were left waiting outside on the road for an hour before he opened the room. Even though the booking was for an AC room, he charged 500 rs to run the AC for 3 hours. We were already under a lot of mental pressure, and that inhuman treatment made it worse. A horrible, deeply unprofessional experience.

There’s no electricity backup, and the AC wasn’t working. This is just a flat with three rooms, not really a hotel. At 1800, it’s far too expensive for what you get. I’d say rooms like these should cost no more than 500.

The rooms get good ventilation, and the place is quiet. There’s a kitchen for cooking your own food, which helps when you’re traveling with kids. It’s also near the market and metro station.
