After traveling from kerala to Varanasi, I reached the hotel and was met by a guy who seemed more interested in collecting extra cash than honoring the booking price shown. I asked again and again, but he still wouldn't provide the room I'd booked. It was a really unsatisfactory experience.

I was charged 800 extra at checkout, even though I'd paid the actual amount before booking. The staff argued and quarrelled when I raised it. I was short on time and had a departure bus to catch, so I couldn't stay and argue. I won't book here again. Worst experience.

I've never seen rooms this bad. I booked four days, but after checking in I couldn't stay even 30 minutes, the room was that dirty and awful. I checked out right away and filed a complaint asking for a refund. I've had no response so far.

The AC wasn't working, and there was no telephone in the room to call reception. The window glass was open, construction materials had been left in the open space, and breakfast wasn't provided. Most frustrating, the fabhotel team wasn't supportive either.

They wouldn't even give me room keys, and asked for extra money at check-in. When I wouldn't pay, they refused to let me check in. A very bad experience.
