Fabhotel Imperial Suites

We booked for five people but got only four towels. When we asked about the missing one, they said laundry wasn’t available, even though we’d paid the full amount in advance. The staff were unhelpful and unresponsive, often ignoring us or giving vague excuses instead of sorting things out. After a 600 km drive, we arrived for our 3 AM check-in and had to wait half an hour because the staff were asleep, despite us telling the hotel ahead of time that we’d be late. We’d booked it so we could rest, so this was especially frustrating. The whole stay was terrible, and the hotel needs to improve its basic hospitality and service.

The room was neat and clean, and felt well worth the money. Check-in at midnight was easy, the manager was cooperative, and the owner was very humble. The whole process took just 10 minutes.

The service right now is unacceptable. They couldn’t provide basic things like hot water, and the staff need training.

We booked online and were automatically checked in, then drove almost 800 km to get there at 1 AM. The staff didn’t even have the courtesy to wake up when we arrived, and it took time and effort to get them up. Once awake, they told us there were no rooms, despite our online booking and payment. The night shift staff were rude, especially Mr Vicky rathore, who wouldn’t listen when I asked him to check my booking ID. Customer care didn’t respond when we called for help. After nearly an hour of waiting and arguing, we finally got a room, but it was missing basics like a towel, kettle, and soap. They said they couldn’t provide them. The whole thing was mentally exhausting and a waste of my time and energy. They don’t meet customer standards, so please don’t book here.
