Fabhotel Olive Stay Inn

The hotel's atmosphere made me uncomfortable because of suspicious hourly room activities, and I wouldn't consider it suitable for families or decent travelers. On top of that, the receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful, with no courtesy or professionalism. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had.

The daytime receptionist was so rude. I asked for my room key and she said it was in the room, but when I went to check, it wasn't there. I came back, and instead of apologizing or helping, she gave me attitude and asked why I needed the keys. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. She ruined my day.

Hotel Olive made for a comfortable stay, with spacious, clean, well-kept rooms, modern interiors, comfortable bedding, and working Wi-Fi, hot water, AC, and room service. It had a homely but premium feel, and the staff were courteous, helpful, and quick to respond. Manish Nagar is a prime, well-connected location, with shops, restaurants, cafes, and transport nearby. Getting to the airport or railway station was convenient too. The food was fresh and well prepared, whether breakfast or room service, and came promptly and hygienically. I had a wonderful experience, and would recommend it to families, business travellers, or solo visitors looking for comfort and good service at a reasonable price.

I felt safe throughout the stay, with visible security and secure access to the rooms. The rooftop lounge with city views was a highlight, and the staff were consistently polite and quick to help. Check-in was smooth, and they greeted me warmly and explained the facilities. My room was roomy and well equipped, with a cozy bed, spotless bathroom, and good housekeeping. The location worked well too, close to shops and restaurants, with nearby attractions within walking distance. Breakfast had local and continental choices, fresh fruit, and coffee. The restaurant food was tasty, and I also enjoyed checking out nearby cafes. I had a pleasant stay and would be happy to return.
