The rooms were all clean and the service was quick. Breakfast had just three choices in the morning, poha, paratha, or amlet bread. The paratha was the best, though it was quite heavy.

The rooms are spacious, but the building is old and isn't well maintained. It's okay if all you need is somewhere to sleep, but they charge a lot for that and there's little peace of mind. Managers don't coordinate: one may agree to arrange something, then another says the head manager never communicated it and refuses. Even after speaking with the head manager, I had to keep struggling over what had been agreed. When I asked about booking, I was told breakfast was complimentary, but later they said they didn't provide it. We had no other option, so we put up with that. They charged a high room rate, yet wouldn't even provide the initial 1L Bislery water for free. They had regular filter water, not even RO filter water, which seemed like ground water, and it took a big argument to get that. The whole thing felt like a fraud.

The hotel is near the railway station, but the surrounding area was dirty and dominated by automobile businesses, so nearby restaurants were hard to find. The online photos gave a misleading impression. Inside, the room and bathroom felt old, and the bathroom was poorly kept, with a broken door and an unkempt toilet. It made the stay uncomfortable, and I was disappointed.

The bathrooms were clogged, there was no handwash or body wash, and the Bisleri water bottle wasn’t sealed. Basic hygiene supplies were missing too. Very poor facilities, and it felt like they’d cheat you any way they could. Worst hotel in Nagpur.
