Hotel Heritage 2001-Nagpur

The food wasn't up to the mark, and the lift only fits two or maybe three people if they aren't carrying luggage. Housekeeping was poor, the bedding was shabby, and there were cockroaches in the room. The room walls had paint or plaster peeling in several places. Even on the fourth floor, loud music could be heard inside. There wasn't proper hot water, the bathroom fittings were cracked and leaking, and the washroom ventilation was bad. The place was in a terrible state and not worth staying in, with amenities like a cheap local lodge.

Everything came together well for the birthday party banquet at Heritage hotel, even though I finalized the arrangements at the very last moment. Service and food were superb, and there were plenty of starters, kept available and served right through the end of the function. I coordinated and finalized things at the last minute with Mr. Jeetendra Bharti, and especially appreciate his and the whole team's efforts. I had an awesome experience.

We had a lovely dinner at Hotel Heritage. The food was delightful, and prompt, excellent service made the experience feel a cut above the city's average options. The rustic, old-style decor added a lot of charm.

The food was absolutely superb, and breakfast had a varied, healthy selection. Rooms were good, and the staff were polite and flexible, with no issues during the stay. The hotel is centrally located, close to Sitaburdi, Civil Lines, Sadar, the station, and the airport.
