Hotel Legend Inn @ Nagpur

We were at The Legend Inn, Wardha Road, Nagpur for a family function, and the lawn was beautifully maintained, with a warm, welcoming feel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The food was amazing, especially the Saoji kofta and Malpua. Our whole family enjoyed the spread. A great choice for family events or dining.

After reading positive reviews, we chose this hotel for our wedding, and it was a huge mistake. The waiter service was unbelievably poor, and guests weren't being served snacks properly. We asked the supervisor/captain whether they were short on staff or food because the snack service was so disappointing. There were so many problems that I can't list them all.

This hotel has clearly seen better days and seems to be surviving on its Founders legacy. The rooms, washroom, lighting, and services all need an urgent, major revamp.

The food is below average, and the restaurant charges too much for such small portions. Staff aren't helpful and seem to try little tricks, like serving poor-quality french fries to see if you'll accept them or not explaining all the breakfast options when you order. Room service was pathetic too. Nobody came even after I followed up several times. In Nagpur they're charging what high-end Mumbai or Pune restaurants do, but the quality and portions don't come close. They need to lower prices or serve more.
