Hotel Leo Star by OYO Rooms

A terrible hotel. Don't even consider staying here.

The room size was okay, but hygiene was very poor, and the place didn't look as good as it did in the pictures. The bathroom drain was blocked with food stuck in the passage, and the jet wasn't working. Floors were dusty. Each time they brought a quilt, it looked used and had been left unfolded in the cupboard. They repeated this three times, and one had yellow stains.

I booked through the Oyo app, but the hotel refused to give me a room and treated me very rudely. The man and woman there both lacked basic manners, even though I didn't argue with them. They also refused to refund my money. They told me to book now and pay so much for their “fu*king hotel (kabadkhana).” This place isn't worth even one star. Please don't go. It was the worst experience of my life.

We had provisionally booked rooms through Oyo, but when we arrived and showed the WhatsApp booking status, the receptionist refused to give us a room. When we asked why, they rudely said they only provide rooms to locals, not outsiders, even though that restriction wasn't mentioned in Oyo's rules. Based on this experience, I'd advise Indians not to stay at hotels like this.
