The staff were quick to help when I needed something, and they were polite throughout. Check-in went smoothly, and my room was clean, looked after, and had the basic amenities. I had a wonderful stay at this OYO hotel, with good value for the money. I'd gladly return and recommend it.

We returned to our room at 1pm after going out to visit a place in Nagpur at 12pm, and saw two strangers, a girl and a boy, running out. We found them in an intimate condition. This was the worst hotel possible. Avoid it at any cost. The staff is uneducated.

This isn't a good place for families. The bathroom tap at the wash basin didn't work, and there was no hot water. The property needs an overall renovation. There was no car parking on the hotel premises, so you'd have to park at your own risk. The staff were drunk at night and didn't seem to care. Mosquitoes were in the washroom, and even after I repeatedly asked for a Good Night refill, they wouldn't listen. One of the worst hotels I've booked.
