We were left waiting for hours despite booking ahead, and were charged extra for one person. They hadn't told us beforehand about their stupid family booking conditions. The manager was far too rude and impolite, and the management and rooms were really bad. This place wasn't even family friendly. Pre-booking was the worst decision.

At check-in, they asked me to pay before I went to the room. I requested some time to freshen up first, but the receptionist refused and said it was their policy. I strongly don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Google, please don't suggest places like this where someone might get hamper.

The photos online are completely different from what you get. The room looked more like old quarter, and the toilet had dirty, broken commodes. The manager was very rude, the behaviour was pathetic, and the property isn't even worth rs 500.

We had to choose this place because it was an emergency boarding. The rooms were small and in a bit of bad condition, and there was no parking. They said hot water was available, but it wasn't. Hospitality was okay, though it could have been better.

There was no hot water and no cleanliness. I found dead cockroaches all over the bed. Worst hotel to stay at. Never ever book it.
