Mr. Sasmal, the manager, was dedicated and ready to help, and the owner was helpful as well. Their efforts made my stay at Hotel Pritam, Nagpur smoother. The recently renovated property has a great atmosphere, though I did notice problems with cleanliness, staff behavior, and responsiveness. I hope those areas improve. I appreciated what the management did.
10/10
The food was good in both quality and quantity, and the buffet breakfast had a decent selection and tasted good. The restaurant staff looked after us well, and the hotel also has an in-house restaurant. Rooms are small but very neat and clean, and the staff were well behaved. It's a newly renovated, good budget option in central Nagpur, about 2 km from the railway station and next to a metro station.

Rakesh Ji and Kalyan ji were the best part of the stay. They were polite and attentive with everything from breakfast and room service to welcoming guests. The location is convenient, the rooms are clean, and the rest of the staff were okay. There were no tissue papers in the room, and the policy against foreign guests and Nagpur locals staying here seemed strange.
10/10
Mr. Kalyan ji kept things running smoothly and made sure guests were cared for. We stayed for 3 days, and the stay was comfortable and well managed. The food was excellent, one of the highlights. We had a very pleasant time here and would highly recommend it.

The interior looks good, but the washroom smelled horrible. Breakfast included only poha, pudi, tea or coffee, cornflakes, and bread. There were no fruits or other choices.
