Nikhil, the caretaker, was the best part of an otherwise average stay. He promptly helped with housekeeping and whatever we asked for. The hotel is close to the airport, though the little balcony had pigeon droppings and wasn't looked after. The bathroom was clean, but a few things needed repair: in Room 203, the washbasin holder was cracked and the diverter shower pin was broken. The AC remote had no batteries at first, so we had to ask for replacements. There was no kettle or complimentary bottled water in the room, though RO water was free and mineral water cost extra. The plates and cups also weren't very clean, and we had to ask for clean ones. At around ₹2,000 a night for one or two people, it didn't feel especially budget-friendly for Nagpur. Fine for an overnight stop.
2/10
The whole visit was frustrating because the service felt careless and unprofessional. In particular, the receptionist was rude, disrespectful, and no help at all. I would've given zero stars if I could. I can't recommend this place.
2/10
Even simple requests were ignored or met with a bad attitude. The staff were slow, unresponsive, rude, and dismissive, with no apparent interest in helping or concern for customers. Their unprofessional service made for an awful experience. I'd strongly advise people to avoid this place.

I slept really well because the bed was so comfortable, but the shower wasn't working right.
10/10
They were polite when we asked for a late-night check-in and let us come in. The facility was clean and hygienic, and the team, especially Vipin, was great. He took charge and handled my request straight away.
