I’ve never had worse service anywhere else in Nagpur. The TV had no remote, there was no Good Night despite all the mosquitoes in the room, and the balcony door was broken. They still charge whatever full amount they want even if you check in at night. It costs the same whether you stay 6 hours or 24, but they don’t care about the service. Please teach them a lesson and don’t book here.

The room service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of hotels that provide much better service, so please don’t book this one 🙏

This place seems to be only for couples. I was there for business, but they wouldn’t let my company contact come in to meet me. How are we supposed to discuss business in the lobby? They were even rude when talking with clients. We’ve decided not to return.

They took our money just for leaving our bags in the reception area for 2-3 hours, and hygiene wasn’t maintained either. It was a terrible experience. The staff greeted us warmly at first, but their real attitude showed when we were leaving.

Loved this place. It’s budget friendly, and couples can stay here. A really nice hotel.
