The room was in such poor shape that I decided against staying. When I checked it, the sheets and covers were dirty and left in a mess, and the room was tiny and cramped. There were no windows or ventilation, just walls all around. Cleanliness was bad throughout. Finding SPOT ON Shraddha Hotel was difficult. It's really a lodge, not a proper hotel, with reception on the second floor and rooms on the third. There isn't a lift, so getting between them is inconvenient. When I arrived, nobody was at the desk. I went farther in and found someone asleep under the stairs, woke him, and asked about a room. They also wanted more money than the price listed on OYO. That felt disappointing and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. A very bad experience.

We booked recently, but it was an awful experience. The owner ( shubham) doesn't know how to speak to customers. This is the worst hotel I've ever seen, and we didn't stay even a minute. Nearly all the reviews look fake, so don't believe them. I'll never stay here.

Good rooms at a cheap price, with helpful staff, good facilities, and good service.

The rooms and staff are great, and shubham, the owner, is a respectful, great person. We didn't have to pay any extra charges. People saying they were charged extra are all fake. Definitely visit...

The rooms were dirty, and this is a terrible hotel. I wouldn't recommend it for anything. Why can't they at least keep the place presentable?
