We stayed for five days during lockdown, and the place was kept clean and sanitized with precautions in place. The room was big, and the service was great. Raju Bhaia was especially sweet. Everything made for an amazing stay.
The service was very bad, and the staff were rude to every guest and showed no respect. They didn't understand any languages, and some were drunk while on duty. A very bad hotel.
The way they treated customers made it feel like they were doing us a favor, as though there were no other hotels around. I regretted staying here and had a terrible day and night. Don't trust the OYO ratings, they seem to be part of the selling strategy.
Service was good, but the AC is positioned badly, so only one person can enjoy the cool air. The parking could be improved too.
Staff behavior wasn't good, and they don't serve breakfast, tea, or coffee. This is the worst place to stay.
