Don't book this place. It's a waste of money, time, and peace of mind, and those 5-star ratings seem to be managed by the hotel. The room service was poor, they didn't provide drinking water or other services, and there was no water in the bathroom for bathing or using the washroom. The staff were arrogant. Who's giving this hotel five stars, maybe people who can't see?

The location is close to the ST bus stand, and they have food available in-house. The room was good and priced reasonably compared with other hotels nearby. A good stay!

I was there for a business meeting, but it was a poor stay. The rooms weren't hygienic, and there were cockroaches. There was no hot water, and I wasn't given a towel on the first day. I'd suggest not booking this hotel.

The food wasn't good, and the rooms were unhygienic with service that was extremely slow. There's no complimentary breakfast either. The Google Maps location is false and puts the hotel in a shady area. Reception staff charged extra at checkout, which felt like cheating. Overall, this was the worst stay.

This hotel seems intended for couples, not families. If you're planning to stay, hold a small function, or book it for guests, you and your group might get caught in a raid, if you know what I mean.
