Treebo Chalets, Nagpur Airport

This was my second stay, and the pictures are grossly misleading. We checked in @11.30pm and left @6.30am, so we were there less than 8hours, yet they charged ₹3500. The bathroom had no hot water, just ice cold water from every tap, even the sink, in peak winter. The toilet was tiny, and the rooms were in terrible shape. There wasn't even a cook available. They packed breakfast and gave it to us in the room @11.30pm for us to carry the next day. I'd booked through the treebo App. Horrible experience and pathetic service from the front office.

The breakfast was tasty, and the rooms were spacious. The hotel is handy for the airport, and they've tried to give the property a slightly different look. Staff were helpful and supportive.

They listen and calmly offer a solution. The staff are good natured and composed.

I was exhausted after the issue with my booking on 29 Aug. It wasn't showing online, so I paid the same amount again and asked for a room. The attendant said they wouldn't give me one until the manager arrived, even though I'd paid. The manager showed up an hour later and repeated that the booking was cancelled and wasn't showing. Then, after I paid extra, I was given a room. I left for work in the morning and said we'd sort it out later. They refunded my money after it showed up. The staff were foolish, and the whole experience was awful.
