The only bright spot was that the deaf & dumb staff were supportive. The other staff came across as arrogant. The place itself was dark and unsettling, with bad smells and dirt everywhere. Central AC was always off, so they were running table fans.

Those two days felt like a nightmare. The receptionists were rude and didn’t know how to speak to customers, the rooms felt shady, and the service was worse still. The AC didn’t work, the food had literally no taste, and the staff were deeply unprofessional. One star feels like too much. If negative ratings were possible, I’d have chosen one. Stay somewhere else.

I changed rooms twice in three days, and none of them had an AC that cooled. They’re so old that even maintenance doesn’t seem to make them work. There was noise from the AC but no cooling, oh god. The TV didn’t work either, despite their hathway service. Broken things stay broken. The owner needs to replace the ACs and get a better TV provider. I’m just praying I can leave soon. Don’t book, it was the worst.

A good choice in Nagpur for a family or business trip. The rooms are neat and clean, staff are cooperative, and room service is great. I’d recommend staying here.
