The staff were polite and supportive, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. Food quality was excellent, too. It’s a beautiful resort with a lovely ambience and great hospitality. We had a memorable experience, and I'd recommend it for family trips and events. Thanks for the wonderful service.

The price is on the high side, so keep that in mind. We were a group of 12 friends, and the location and service were good. Staff were friendly and flexible, and they came wherever we were in the resort after one call. I stayed in the leopard room sets. The room was a little small for three people, comfortable for two. The washroom flush had an issue, but it was fixed in 30 minutes. The room had towels, a freeze, tea and coffee maker, sofa-cum-bed, and coffee table. Food was excellent, with lots of tasty options and a really nice cook. There are two well-maintained pools, one for children and one for adults, plus badminton and volleyball courts, cricket, carrom, table tennis, chess, and foosball. If the price isn't an issue, you can choose it.

The whole two-day wedding stay felt chaotic, from room assignments and service requests to event coordination. We travelled for the wedding hoping for a comfortable visit, but instead found it frustrating and unpleasant. Other guests were complaining about the same problems, so it didn't seem like an isolated case. Our rooms were in terrible shape. The bedsheets looked unclean, the bathrooms were unhygienic, and basic maintenance had been neglected. Staff were often rude, uninterested, and very slow. We had to call repeatedly for basic things, and requests still weren't handled properly. That was especially difficult during a wedding, when guests were already busy and tired. Event food service and management were just as disappointing. Counters were poorly run, food items ran out, and nobody seemed to take responsibility for sorting it out. There was little organization across the event. It felt like nobody was in charge or cared about the guest experience. The stay came across as unprofessional and badly managed, and the venue wasn't worthy of hosting a wedding in this condition. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere to stay or hold an event. They need to improve cleanliness, staff training, and management before hosting more guests.

This was our second visit, and it's become our go-to place. We had a wonderful experience, with great facilities and staff. Everyone should visit.
