The staff were always courteous and ready to help with a smile, and the facilities were arranged with comfort and convenience in mind. I really appreciated the services the hotel provided. It was a lovely, hassle-free stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to relax.

The service was awful, and even the manager was a nonsense guy. There was no water supply, the room lights weren’t proper, and there was a smell in the room. They didn’t even listen when I brought it up. The lift wasn’t working either.

I’d gladly come back. My room was clean and cozy, the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. Shops and restaurants are close by too. Highly recommended!

We had to ask staff to clean the room because it was dirty when we checked in, and there were insects and lizards inside. The phone didn’t work, the lift was out of service, and nobody was at the front desk. The service wasn’t satisfactory at all. There was a problem with every service they offered, but the owners said there’d be no offer or price concession. There are a few other options nearby if you’re looking for better service.

A quiet, beautifully built place with a lovely ambience. The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were trained and efficient.
