Emporio Hotel

The team at Emporio Hotel made my stay especially comfortable, from the front desk to housekeeping. Everyone was polite and attentive, and the hotel has a calm, positive feel. My room was bright, clean, modern, and cozy, with thoughtful decor, a nice place to unwind after a long day. The location is practical, and this is a welcome addition to Haldwani. I'm already looking forward to coming back, and would recommend it to families and business travelers.

We were three people and had discussed and confirmed two days beforehand that the room would include a mattress. After checkout, the staff said it wasn't included and added Rs. 1000 per day. The reception staff changed their account of what had been agreed. We were in an emergency and our bus to Delhi was about to leave, so there was no time to argue. The CCTV cameras should show what happened, and it felt intentional. They charged Rs. 7,240 when the correct total should have been Rs. 4,530. Extra amounts also appeared on the food bill without a proper explanation. We were also told we couldn't order from outside restaurants and eat in the room. We had to order from the hotel's restaurant or go out to eat. It was a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and pleasant, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent. The staff were very kind, especially Kusum, Prakash, and Sneha from the front office. I'd recommend this hotel!

We had a really good stay, with great service from the staff. It was a very good experience, and I'd recommend the hotel to others.
