A little pup on the property was a nice bonus to play with 😊. The place is on the main road but away from the hustle and bustle, with lots of outdoor space to sit in the sun and enjoy the greenery. There's a nature trail on the grounds too. We had a calm, peaceful stay surrounded by nature. The young couple running the property now are clearly doing their best to give guests a memorable experience.
Mr. Manoj Kumar, the owner, was polite, friendly, helpful, and great to talk with. We really enjoyed our stay. The place is quiet and peaceful, with an excellent view, and the rooms are neat, clean, and nicely decorated. The outside seating was lovely too. Its rural, laidback look is easy on the eye, with attractive decor and construction. We visited while renovation work was going on. The quaint, village-like dining area is nicely decorated, with stonework and wood on the walls. I highly recommend it.
I really recommend this property. The stay at Frozen woods resort was excellent, with service and hospitality up to the mark. The premium rooms could use hand towels and maybe oil heaters.
The staff's hospitality was one of the best parts of our stay, and we had some really delicious food as well. The resort has beautiful views of the mountains and valley. We had an excellent time and would love to come back and stay here.
There are three staff members, and all of them work hard to make your stay warm and nice. Feel free to ask them for help. The balcony has an amazing view of nanda devi, and the location is superb, near the ashram and the trijunction. The rooms are excellent quality, just as you'd imagine for a hill station, and there's plenty of open space to chill.
