Nishant Bajpai was especially helpful, and the hotel staff overall were friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable, the beds were very comfortable too, and cleanliness was meticulously maintained.

The hill view was the best part, and in the morning the birds chirping made for a really pleasant vibe. It's a really nice family resort, the food was very nice too. Good place to visit with family.

The sunset view was mesmerizing, and the location was top notch. Early in the morning, hearing all kinds of birds chirping was an amazing experience. Kheem bhai provided superb, helpful service. The bathrooms need maintenance because of a leakage issue, and the food menu had very limited options. Still, the location and service get 5/5 from me. Highly recommended if you're in Bhimtal.
