The location wasn't great for getting to Mall Road. The hotel is uphill and far away, so walking there is nearly impossible. My room was dirty, with lots of hair on the bedsheet. I had to ask several times for clean sheets and pillow covers. The TV service was deactivated for low balance, and it took five hours for them to recharge it. The next day it was off again, and I had to call multiple times to get it working.
8/10
It's up on a hill, away from the city centre, which makes things quieter and the view is good. The manager was a good man and the amenities were good, though it felt almost like self-service. A good stay for a reasonable price.
2/10
The room was very unclean and the bathroom was tiny. We also had no water in the room and had to wait a long time for it. Food never arrived because of road traffic, and staff only told us this an hour after we ordered. I can't understand how OYO affiliated this hotel. A horrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.
10/10
A peaceful spot with clear views that make you feel close to nature. The staff are cooperative, and it's a nice place to stay with family or friends.
10/10
It was a really great stay. The staff were hospitable and their behaviour was excellent.
