Getting to nearby places was easy from this hotel, and the rooms were spacious enough for two, clean, and well kept. I arrived about four hours before check-in because of unavoidable circumstances. The staff were polite and supportive, and kindly let me check in early. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend it to people visiting Kainchi Dham or Nainital.

The receptionist was unfriendly, and I had an argument when a guest came to my room for lunch. I was asked to pay extra to let them in. Locals also aren't allowed to visit friends staying there, even if they bring homemade food. The rooms are tiny, with barely enough space for a bed and chair.

Easy to find, and the location is nice. The staff were good, especially manager Praveen, who was very cooperative with us.

The rooms felt suffocating, with no windows, and were much too small. The amount charged wasn't worth it. The geyser didn't work, so I had to use another room to bathe.

Rajat Bhai, the hotel owner, is a very kind and humble person. The staff were lovely, with nice behavior, and both the rooms and service were perfect. A good option in Haldwani if you're after a nice hotel at a reasonable price. Thanks 😊, must visit.
