Hotel Clarks Residences, Nainital

The ambience and food were good, and the staff were cooperative. We enjoyed staying here, though the geyser in our washroom was very slow and should be changed.

We spent two days in a spacious, clean double room. The service was excellent, and the food came with a nice, homely warmth.

Shubham, the Manager, helped make our stay comfortable, and the kitchen and room service staff were lovely too. We were a group of friends and enjoyed this small boutique hotel. It’s well kept and very focused on service. The rooms are nice, with views of the Himalayas and a decent sit-out area in every room for watching sunrise or sunset. The toilets are generously sized and have all amenities. Breakfast was very good, and the food quality overall was great.

This was our third trip to clarks exotica ramgarh, and we’ll be back soon. I, Mohan Gupta, Chairman of Bareilly petroleum dealer association, stayed there for two days with 20 people. We had a great time, with very nice views, good-quality food, cooperative service staff, and clean, well-maintained rooms.
