The whole hotel smelled of cigarette smoke, and the place felt more like a liquor shop than a hotel. Service was bad, and the staff seemed drunk.

The rooftop restaurant played music far too loudly, so the rooms were noisy and not quiet at all.

I was exhausted, and the lights kept going off again and again. The Wi-Fi and TV weren't working either. The rooms cost a lot for the facilities, the staff wasn't good, and there weren't enough of them. It was the worst experience I've had, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

There was no food available, and even visitors who weren't staying at the hotel were asked to pay 500 rupees just to come in. One of the worst hotels in Haldwani. Please don't go.
