Hotel Lake View Mall Road Near Lake

The staff were rude and uncooperative, and the facilities seemed badly managed. The bathroom was untidy and not working properly, the cistern didn't work, and hot water was available only for a limited time. The mattress was worn out and the bedding untidy. I really can't recommend this hotel.

Getting to the hotel means climbing a steep path from the main road, which is a real hassle if you're with kids. There was no parking, and breakfast was just one paratha, served after 10 AM. We couldn't call room service because there was no phone in the room. Drinking water came in reused bottles said to be filled with RO water, but the RO system's condition is questionable. The washrooms were filthy and smelled bad the whole time. Pillow covers looked used and unwashed, and the sheets were torn. We even thought about buying new ones for them out of pity. It was the worst hotel stay I've had in Nainital.

It was December 27, with temperatures at 4 degrees, and they couldn't provide towels or blankets. The staff were rude too, treating customers like beggars and acting as though their service were being provided for free. Really disappointing.

I couldn't sleep all night because there was a mouse in the wooden walls. The bedsheets had dirty stains, and there was no hot water. Neither the telephone nor the TV worked, and although they said they had Wi-Fi, there was no signal in the room. A horrible experience.
