The food at Hotel Moon Light was simple and tasty, just how I like it, without too much oil or spice. Since it’s a pure veg hotel, that worked well for me. I stayed a couple of days and found the room clean and roomy, with a nice view out the window. The dining space was kept up, and the staff were warm and friendly. Service was smooth, with no delays or problems. It was a peaceful, comfortable stay, and I’d consider coming back if I’m nearby. I’d recommend it to friends and family.

The room walls had stains from spit, the bedsheets smelled bad, and there was no power. Staff bought things like water and tea from outside and sold them at higher prices. They showed us photos of one room, then gave us a different one. When we complained, the staff argued with us. If a negative rating were possible, I’d give them -10.

We stayed at hotel Moon last night, and the room was clean and stylish. Dinner was good value, and the service there was attentive and efficient. Everything about the hotel felt exceptional.

A good family spot in bhimtal, with spacious, very nice rooms and a mountain view from every one. Bhimtal lake is 4 km away, and the famous kaichee dham temple is about a 20-minute drive.
