The room had a nice view, was spacious, and had the necessary amenities. They also provided a heater, which I appreciated. Parking was available and manageable, and the staff were cooperative. There was a breakfast buffet option too. The food was good, portions were adequate, and prices were reasonable. The bed was the main problem: it creaked when I sat down or turned over during the night, which made it less comfortable. The stay was decent overall, with room to improve the bedding.
The rooms had no view or LED TV, and the bathroom drain was clogged. At breakfast, staff kept watching guests as they served themselves. I stayed here with my family in November 2025, and wouldn't book this hotel unless you want your holiday spoiled.
There was plenty of parking, and the buffet breakfast was good. We had the family room with two double beds, which worked perfectly for us with the children.
The reception staff misled us about the charges, then demanded more money at checkout and threatened us. Their behavior was awful, and the staff were the worst I've encountered. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay at this rest house. If I could give a negative rating, I would. They don't deserve even one star.
The reception gave us the wrong room price, then doubled it when we checked out. When we wouldn't pay the higher amount, they shut the entrance gates and made us pay. Our concern is that they gave us incorrect information at the start, and should have made up for it if it was their mistake. They were disrespectful when we asked to see the camera footage, and its audio was too unclear to confirm what had been said.
