OYO 13486 Bhavya Heritage Inn

We found a spacious room for the price, and I'd suggest asking for one with a good view. The hotel is about 100 meters from the main roundabout, so it's easy to reach. Mr. Alok, the owner, and the staff were caring and polite. Kainchi Dham is around a 10-minute drive away.

The large glass windows made it easy to watch the mountains, mist, and birds, though monkeys sometimes interrupted the view. It's a wooden-and-glass house about 10 km below the Nainital bus stand. A bus costs Rs 20, while a reserved taxi is Rs 200-250. Staff and manager were friendly and polite. Kainchi Dham ashram is another 7 km down, and it felt cooler than Nainital here. Rooms were around Rs 700-1000 per night, depending on the season. It's monsoon right now.

The managers were pleasant and spoke well, and the small, comfortable room did the job. It had a Tata Sky connection and complimentary toiletries, and food can be ordered. The hotel is at Bhowali junction, with cabs and buses available for Kainchi Dham ashram. My main concern was the road-facing room: vehicle horns kept waking me until midnight. It felt like an attic, and I couldn't tell whether the linen was washed.

The staff were nice and the service was well mannered. It's also centrally placed for visiting several other spots. A really superb stay in Bhowali, and the best hotel there for me.
