The market location made it easy to shop, and I found the price reasonable. It's a lovely, cozy place with a beautiful ethnic and antique feel. I was very happy with my one-day stay there.

The staff at the hotel treated me like a friend, which made me feel good. The rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable, a nice spot to relax and have a memorable stay.

It's hard to imagine a worse hotel. There was no water supply or drinking water, and they didn't provide towels. The rooms were unbelievably dirty, and the room service was awful. This is the worst hotel in Nainital-Haldwani.

The rooms were dirty, the food was like unhygienic street food, and they didn't even give us towels or soap. Staff were very unprofessional, and the owner didn't know how to treat guests. I don't understand why Treebo has this property listed. Don't waste your money or time here, and please teach the staff how to behave with guests.

The food was poor and more expensive than even the best restaurants nearby. The stay was overpriced too, with cockroaches and other insects in the beds, and the AC never worked. I booked through Treebo and OYO, but their hotel reviews are fake. Worst stay ever, don't book here.
