Friendly, helpful staff and clean rooms in a cozy hotel. The mountain views are stunning, and the atmosphere is peaceful.

We could watch both sunrise and sunset from our 2-bedroom cottage, which is set in a picturesque mountain area. The resort has lots of room to relax or walk around, plus a few indoor games. Our room was spacious, clean, and well looked after, and the staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast is complimentary, with several dishes, fresh fruit, and juices. There's a good range of lunch and dinner options too. The food was very good, though a little expensive.

The spa was calm and beautifully kept, and the massage I had was among the best I've ever received. Dining was another highlight: breakfast had plenty of fresh, tasty choices, and the fine-dining restaurant gave us an unforgettable meal. My room was spacious, immaculate, and elegantly done, with a very comfortable bed, quality linens, and a breathtaking balcony view. They'd thoughtfully provided everything from luxury toiletries to high-speed Wi-Fi. Service was just as impressive. Everyone I met, from the concierge to housekeeping, was attentive and professional, and eager to help without hovering. They went out of their way to make me comfortable. It was a flawless luxury stay, and I'd gladly return for business or leisure.
