Manisha Ma'am made the stay especially memorable with her welcoming smile, polite manner, and genuine care. The whole team helped make things comfortable, and I’d gladly return. Pride Biznotel Haldwani had spacious, well-kept rooms with the amenities we needed, and the stay was clean and relaxing. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The meals were fresh, delicious, and hygienically prepared, with a good range of choices. Both the presentation and quality were satisfying, and dining added a lot to the stay. The hotel itself felt peaceful and comfortable, with clean, well-kept rooms and common areas. The staff were courteous and attentive, and they handled our requests promptly. Their professionalism and care made us feel welcome. Pride Biznotel in Haldwani was a wonderful stay, and I’d happily return and recommend it to others visiting the area. Thanks especially to Pankaj Kumar Ji, Anil Kumar Ji, Allay Joshi Ji, Manisha Panth Ji, Sakshi Bohra Ji, Pankaj Salvadi Ji, and Athiya Ji. Their humble manner and excellent service deserve recognition.

The hotel is in a convenient spot and has a peaceful feel. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the food was excellent with quick service. The staff were polite, supportive, and professional the whole time. A great stay with warm hospitality, whether you’re here with family or for business.

Our parents were still talking about the food and staff on the drive home. We were at the restaurant to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary, and Mr prem and restaurant manager Mr Tribhuvan Rawat ji made it a memorable occasion. The food arrived warm and tasted delicious, service was prompt, and the staff were welcoming and attentive to everything we needed. Well done 👍
