I visited with my family, and the management and hospitality were good.

The room didn't look like the misleading photos, and the hospitality was poor. They charged an extra 1000 rupees for a mattress, which felt unfair. Basic things like soap and toothpaste weren't provided, and the washroom had no jet spray. For what I paid, it wasn't worth it.

Even after paying Rs. 5000 for a long-weekend stay at Hotel Radha Continental in Nainital, we were given used, very smelly sheets and pillow covers. We felt taken advantage of, and can't recommend the hotel. Because demand was high, they charged us Rs. 5000, though we felt the place was worth closer to Rs. 500. We tried to negotiate, explaining that we planned to check out early the next morning, but they wouldn't budge. It was the worst hotel I'd ever seen. This seems like a fraudulent practice to us, and the property should be delisted from every site.

There were 19 of us, including kids, and we ended up spending one night there after the manager and owner told us to cancel the booking when we confronted them. The website showed old photos from when the hotel was newly built. Hygiene was missing. The bedsheets and toilets weren't clean, and the bathroom, bucket, and mug were very dirty. The toilet jet didn't work properly either. When we ordered food, there were black insects all over it.
