A pathetic experience. The staff were unprofessional, the rooms were dirty, and the bathroom had very few amenities. The booking-site pictures don't come close to showing the reality. A waste of money.

The bathroom smelled awful, and even the water was terrible, full of dust. Our room was dirty, with very old, unwashed sheets and blankets. For such expensive rooms, this was a horrible experience and a waste of both time and money.

The rooftop view is lovely, especially at night, and the hotel is easy to find, around 500 m from Mall road. But the rooms are small and unhygienic, and the rates feel high for what you get.

I had a poor stay here. The room standard and quality were the worst, and service was poor too. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel.

Good, affordable food, and the staff are friendly.
