Mr. Ganesh was a huge help with arranging things, from recommendations to restaurant bookings both inside and outside the property. I had a pleasant stay, with spacious, comfortable rooms and very good dinner and breakfast. The property is nice, though the bathrooms could have been cleaner.

From my room I had a great view of bhimtal Lake and the mountain, and the sunrise was lovely to wake up to. Good food, a comfortable stay, and a pleasant experience.

I came by on Friday to book rooms for a future stay, but the lack of professionalism put me off. As someone visiting from the Google Bangalore office, I expected efficient service and good hospitality. The management seemed poor, and the staff were disinterested.

Insects in the room made the stay extremely uncomfortable, and the hotel was very unhygienic. Cleanliness and management were poor, and the staff didn’t deal with the problem properly. A very disappointing experience.

The food we tried was fresh and flavourful, served with a lot of warmth, and the staff did their best to make us feel at home. The stay was super comfortable. Best of all, Rosewood has the best view of Bhimtal lake. Waking up to it each morning was unforgettable, and I’d love to come back soon.
