Parking was one of the best things about Hotel Royal Heritage in Nainital, and it's conveniently located near Mall Road and Naini Lake. The buffet food was delicious, and room service was prompt. The property has a lovely vintage feel, with heritage architecture and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were well maintained, and the staff were always courteous and ready to help. It was a memorable stay, with old-world charm alongside modern comfort. A good option for families or couples looking for a relaxing, comfortable visit to Nainital. Highly recommended.

The food was amazing, and the room was extremely well kept. The Wi-Fi worked most of the time, though it did cut out sometimes. There was no air conditioner. In the connected rooms, both bathrooms were in one room. A transparent window above the bathroom door meant there was no privacy.
