The best part was after dinner, when the resort set up its latest telescope. My daughter got to see Venus, Saturn's rings, and so many stars for the first time. The staff actually knew the constellations and made her feel like a real astronomer. That smile made the whole trip worthwhile. We spent two nights at Silver Cloud, pangot, just 15km from nanital, in May 2026. Most mornings our balcony was in the mist, so the “cloud” name really fits. The views and vibe are lovely, the room was clean and cozy, and staff kishan and resort Manager Mr Imran were very helpful with local tips. The rooms have no TV, and WiFi is basically good for WhatsApp only. Only JIO works. Fine by me, I came for the mountains, not Netflix. Great value.

Imran and all the staff were attentive, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay. The service was quick and courteous, and I felt valued. My room was comfortable, clean, and well kept, and the hotel had a relaxing feel. I had a wonderful time here and would recommend it to anyone after a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Hospitality was top notch, and the food and service were excellent. We had a superb stay and will surely come back. The one problem I had was getting hot water in the bathroom.

Silver Cloud was peaceful, with natural views and a calm atmosphere that I really enjoyed. Our room was clean, and the staff were very friendly. We had a nice stay.
