I stayed two nights after checking into room no-203 on 25th Nov,18. The room was spacious and good, and the food we were served was excellent and homely. Breakfast was included, though the menu choices were limited. At first the staff and management behaved very unprofessionally when I raised the toilet cleanliness issue and asked for help shifting luggage to the room. They also weren't clear about whether food was available in their restaurant. After I told them I was unhappy with how they'd handled things, their response became positive. If you're booking through ONLINE agencies, I'd advise checking directly with the hotel first about available facilities, services, and food to avoid disappointment.

My daughter went on a school trip and told me she didn't enjoy this hotel. The food was uncooked, and she got a stomach ache. She hadn't eaten anything outside, so don't blame the children or claim it was from outside food instead of accepting the mistake. What about cleanliness? I'm surely not recommending this hotel to anyone. Improve your management and behaviour 😊, that would be better for your hotel.

The garden is lovely, and the staff kept everything running smoothly. We found the rooms better than the other hotels on our trip, and the food was tasty and home-style, prepared to suit our needs. Mr. Choudhary was especially humble and kind. We had a really pleasant stay and would suggest this place for families. One of the best hotels in bhimtal.

We booked two rooms for three nights and four days through a travel agency, paid the advance two months ahead, and arrived with vouchers only to be told there was no booking. After we showed the vouchers and had the agency speak with the owner, Vishal said the rooms had been given to eight other couples who extended their stays and paid more. We were told to make do for one night, but after a heated argument we got a room for only two days, not all three nights. There were other couples from Delhi and Punjab in line who, like us, had been cheated. We received no room for the full booking, and there was no running toilet water in the middle of the night. The tea tasted bad, and most of the staff were sluggish. Ankit was the one person who was prompt and active. Shalu's conduct was unethical too. This was the worst hotel experience, and I want others to know how badly we were treated. They should be banned.

I stood there for two hours with my two-month-old infant after Yatra cancelled my booking, even though the hotel had rooms and gave one to other tourists. At 6:45 PM, they gave a room to someone else, not me. The owner, whom I found to be a liar, said Yatra had cancelled it, but when I connected her with them, she had nothing to say and stopped answering my calls. I believe she cancelled my booking for extra money. The hotel staff were all involved in cheating, led by a lady goon. Never stay here with your family.
