The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location worked perfectly for me. I enjoyed my stay at View Point Resort. The food was fresh and delicious, and I appreciated that the hotel welcomed pets. I’d happily stay again!

The lake and mountain views are amazing. I visited in May, during peak hours, but the hotel was far from Mall road and away from much of the crowd. The staff were nice, and the rooms were okay. Since it's far from the main city, bring all your basic items with you.

The rooms were adequate for a short stay, though nothing special. Getting to the main attractions and shops was somewhat inconvenient because the hotel is pretty far from the mall road. It could suit someone who only needs basic accommodation and doesn't mind the distance.

The calm setting made it easy to unwind. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly throughout. A lovely stay with great service.

The hilltop balcony had a fantastic view, and the staff were helpful. Check-in and checkout went smoothly, the room had good facilities, and breakfast was especially good, though dinner was only okay. Getting there is the main downside: it’s a steep 2.7 kms from mall road, too far to walk, so you’ll need to pay for a cab each way whenever you go. If you bring your own car, the road can be very difficult for non-locals. Still, I had a great experience overall.
