The food was very tasty and home-cooked, and the portions were more than enough. The location is good, the property is well designed, and the staff are very nice, especially Manager Mukesh. The garden and other areas could be better maintained, and the rooms weren’t cleaned thoroughly. Charges are reasonable.

Even during the gas crisis, they cooked on a desi chullha and managed everything so well, making sure we were comfortable. They happily prepared whatever we asked for, and the food tasted homemade. We loved the property and felt right at home. Thanks for all the warmth and care.

I came with my family and was very disappointed with the cleanliness and service. The power went out every few hours, and when I asked for the F&B discount listed on the website as Flat10% discount, the reception manager said it didn’t apply. The response was rude. There was no reception sign for first-time visitors, and nobody came to help us with check-in. It felt totally unprofessional. Someone in hospitality should be proactive.

We stayed for two nights and found the experience comfortable and enjoyable throughout. The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the food was delicious. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the resort.
