The room was spacious, bright, and equipped with the necessary amenities. In the evenings, lights from the houses on the mountainside made a beautiful garland against the dark, and the mountain view was stunning. The only drawback was the secluded location, far from Naini Lake and other major attractions. The road up was steep and under construction, though a driver who knows the exact drop-off point can take an alternate descending road. I spent two nights at Suman Paradise Nainital and will cherish the stay for a long time. The staff, including Lalit ji, Chef Sahab, and others, were kind and attentive, and service was unbelievably quick. They made us a Kumaoni dinner on request, which was the highlight. I’d been searching for authentic Kumaoni food and couldn’t find it until Suman Paradise Nainital and its staff made it happen. Every dish was delicious, with special thanks to Mr. Gopal Arya (Chef Sahab) for his cooking. Their warm hospitality made the visit.

We stayed two nights and had a very nice time. The room was clean and hygienic, and the staff were kind and helpful. Food was tasty and service was good. They also offer free pickup and drop-off to Mall Road. I highly recommend the hotel for a visit to Nainital.
