The staff were kind and helpful, but the room had no ventilation. There wasn’t an AC, just a cooler that didn’t work very well. I also wish the bathroom had an exhaust fan.

Our group had a rough check-in because the staff seemed unsure about the process and the paperwork wasn’t ready. We later lost a lot of time sorting out the administrative mess and signing documents that should have been prepared already. I wouldn’t stay here again. The rooms were hit or miss: some had no hot water, while others had leaking toilets. The whole place felt run down and poorly maintained. Traveling with a large group requires reliability, and we didn’t get that here. I’ll book elsewhere next time. If you want a smooth stay, I’d avoid this place.

The peaceful atmosphere and lovely views made this a great-value mountain stay. Our room was clean and cozy, the staff were friendly, and the location worked well for hikes. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for an affordable getaway.
