The staff were very courteous, and the food was good and tasty. I stayed here with my family and found it neat and comfortable, a warm, nice place to stay with family.

The food was very bad, especially considering how high the food charges were. The property also isn't good for the rates. I wouldn't recommend it.

A broken window lock is a serious security concern when you're staying with your family and a small child. They moved us to a second room, but it wasn't any better: the water tap came off when we used it. There was a foul smell everywhere, especially in the dining area. The food was just okay, enough to get by. Service wasn't great, and neither were the rooms. In-room dining isn't available, which is difficult when you're travelling with young kids. The location is okay, but they charge a high price the stay doesn't deserve. The manager seemed to do nothing beyond completing check-in formalities. They need to learn hospitality from scratch.
