Mr. Negi’s personal attention and professionalism made our stay even more memorable. We were welcomed warmly, and the polite, attentive staff were always ready to help. Zana Resort is calm, scenic and surrounded by nature, a relaxing break from city life. The food was fresh and well prepared, with good variety at breakfast, lunch and dinner; hygiene and presentation were commendable. It’s a comfortable mix of service and natural beauty, and I’d recommend it for a relaxing vacation.

We had a wonderful family stay at Zana Luxury Resort, Jim Corbett, and would happily visit again. The peaceful, safe setting and the resort’s surroundings made it easy to relax and spend time together, with plenty of places to sit and unwind. Our spacious, clean, comfortable room worked well for the family. There was a good variety of tasty food, even the kids enjoyed it, and service was quick and polite. From arrival onward, the staff made every family member feel welcome and looked after. A five-star experience for us.

We spent three days here, and the stay went smoothly with my toddler and infant. The property is beautiful and has a great feel, the food is tasty, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend it for a comfortable luxury stay in Jim Corbett.

The hotel had a wonderful atmosphere, and the food was excellent. Check-in and check-out both went perfectly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. I had a wonderful experience and would gladly return. Special thanks to Ms. Ritu. I highly recommend it.

I was disappointed by the unclean rooms, poor upkeep and basic amenities that fell short of expectations. Staff responses were slow and unhelpful, and the quality didn’t match what I paid. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or stay here again.
