Aswin Residency

The staff were especially helpful, giving us directions and tips for getting to Kolli Hills. The rooms were clean, smelled nice, and had hot water available around the clock, which was handy on our biking trip. My cousin and I stayed at Aswin Residency while stopping in Namakkal before an early start the next morning. It seemed to be a new property, perhaps around six months old, and the room felt as luxurious as a four- or five-star hotel. A great choice for riders and other travelers looking for a comfortable stay.

The care put into the details really showed. Everything felt just right, and the room was so clean, neat, and comfortable. One of the best places I’ve stayed.

The room was roomy and clean, with clean sheets and towels and good water pressure, but a few things brought the experience down. There wasn’t any tissue in either the bathroom or the room. Breakfast was described as room breakfast, but it was just one vegetarian set ordered from outside, with no choice. We had to eat in the room since sitting outside by the lobby wasn’t allowed. The counter staff also didn’t come across as friendly or welcoming. It’s decent enough, though the stay was less comfortable than I’d expected.

We were very satisfied with our one-night family stay. The staff made check-in and checkout easy, and they brought milk and coffee promptly at the time we asked. Breakfast was a mini tiffin with idli, dosa, upma, vadai, and a sweet. Our triple room had plenty of space, including a separate dressing area. The bathroom was spacious too, the shower settings and water flow were good, and hot water came quickly. One suggestion, a taxi tie-up nearby would be useful.
