Hotel Midland

The service was poor, and the staff were rude, so I’d rate this hotel 1/5. There were no towels, and the washroom stand was broken. They only had upma for breakfast, and my complimentary breakfast was denied on the first day even though I’d said I was leaving early the next morning. They also give you a cold water bottle after 11, which makes no sense.

I stayed three nights, and the hygiene was awful. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room or change the dirty bedsheets. They just did a touch-up and turned the same dirty sheets around. The night shift front office person was very rude and didn’t know how to speak to women. They didn’t even cover the food served in the room. The hotel needs renovation too, with chipped walls and broken furniture.

The food service was horrible. I found a plastic wire wrapper in my noodles, and when I asked about it, they said the chef was new. I still can’t understand how a new chef, or any chef, could make that kind of mistake. The rooms also had different problems: one had a faulty AC, another had a lock issue, and a third door squeaked badly when opened.

The staff were humble and nice, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The food quality was great too. Definitely recommend it to people visiting Nanded or Hajur sahib ji.
