We came by Traveller bus, and parking was a problem because the roads were full. The market closes by 9:30 pm. Room service was a bit delayed, and some of our luggage was left at reception until we complained and it was later brought to the room. The hotel is in the city centre and main market, with tourist spots nearby by vehicle. We stayed for one day. The rooms were spacious, neat, and clean. We walked to the ghat, which took 40 mins.

The room and washroom were a good size, and the staff were polite. It’s near the city’s main market, with nearby places easy to reach. They didn’t provide food service, though they recommended the thali from their service menu. They also offer dormitory-style stays.

The location is prime, near Shalimar market, with Panchavati within walking distance. You can shop during your trip, and the rooms are clean. I stayed for 2 days, but on the second day there was no hot water, so I had to bathe in cold water.

Clean, comfortable rooms and good service make this a handy budget-friendly choice. The staff were polite and helpful, and there’s a lift, which is useful if you have luggage or are travelling with an older person. Hotel Cool Palace is close to the Central Bus Stand and a short distance from Panchvati and other popular sights. Sarafa Market is nearby too, so the location works well for exploring Nashik at an affordable price.

Standard rooms were dirty, dilapidated, and poorly maintained, well below standard. Deluxe rooms are okay, but only good if you book in advance. Their tariff makes sense only if a deluxe room costs 1200-1300 INR. For the tariffs, the hotel just isn’t good.
