Hotel MBC Citadel Nashik

The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the property was well-maintained, and housekeeping added to the comfortable feel. Service was the main problem. Staff seemed unclear about basic reception procedures, service timings, and kitchen schedules, which caused confusion. Several restaurant waiters also appeared disorganized and unsure of the orders they had taken. Nobody helped with luggage when we arrived or left. Road construction was blocking the entrance when I arrived, and guests should be told about that ahead of time so check-in is less confusing. Cleanliness is good, but staff training, service efficiency, and communication need focused improvement for the hotel to deliver a better guest experience.

Mr Kunal and the other staff welcomed us with warm smiles as soon as we arrived, which made it feel like coming home. The room was spotless, nicely decorated, and very comfortable, with a fantastic bed and modern amenities including fast, free Wi-Fi. We had an absolutely outstanding stay.

The hotel has a pleasant vibe and is a stylish, peaceful place to stay. My room was quiet, clean, and the property was well-maintained. I’m in room 310, travelling with a toddler, and the AC problem is still ongoing. Staff promised maintenance but never sent anyone, so we could barely sleep last night and are facing another night of it. I also asked for the room to be cleaned around 11 am or noon, which seemed reasonable with a toddler, but staff declined. We had to ask for basics like room slippers and tissue rolls because they weren’t provided or checked. The rooms are extremely small for the price, with hardly any space to move around. The restaurant staff are good, but breakfast has no healthy options. It’s all heavily loaded, high-carb food.
